K-PACKERS

Designed to create a sand-tight seal between drop-pipe/screen and casing. Used for many applications in the water well, construction, and environmental industries, the K-Packer is constructed from neoprene rubber that is vulcanized and bonded under heat and pressure to coupling or pipe.

The K-Packer is available in three styles - Blank, Coupling, and Weld-On. Each of these styles offers three available rubber durometers - soft, standard, and hard durometer rubber.

A rubber-only K-Packer designed to be installed onto existing PVC pipe.

The Blank K-Packer is a tri-seal packer designed to create a sand tight seal between screen/drop pipe and casing.

Constructed with a neoprene-based rubber using a compression-style molding method.

Recommendation: Loctite 495 Bond adhesive when installing onto pipe

K-Packer molded onto a SCH40 carbon steel coupling. Available in right-by-right (RXR) and right-by-left (RXL) threads.

Coupling machined with National Pipe threads (NPT) for easy installation onto screen/drop pipe.

Left handed threads on half of coupling offers back off capability downhole.

K-Packer

K-Packer molded onto SCH40 pipe that is blank on both ends for welding.

Strong and durable, high quality SCH40 carbon steel pipe. Available in different lengths to ensure convenient installation.

Multiple K-Packers can be molded onto single pipe to ensure proper seal in case of k-packer failure due to dirty and/or jagged casing I.D.

K-Packer can be molded onto pipe at end, or centered on pipe to prevent damage to rubber during welding install
